Duplicate Minors Showing On My Account
If you have added the same minor to your list more than once OR you have been added as a second parent / guardian when the other parent also created the same minor on their App Account, you may see the same minor multiple times.
We recommend you go to “My Minors” in the app menu and remove duplicate minors by tapping on the duplicate minor and tapping “Remove” at the bottom of the page to reduce confusion at checkout. The other parent will still be able to see the remaining minor in their Pit Pay Account as long as they are named as the second parent on the minor.
