Adding Team Members

From the Pit Pay App Menu:

  • Tap “TEAM/GROUP”
    • Tap “Add Team Member”
    • Launch Your Contacts by Tapping Orange “Contacts” Button and add the person from there, or Enter the Mobile Phone Number, and Name for the Team Member you want to add to your Team / Group. (If you are adding from your “Contacts” make sure you select their mobile number) (They Must be 18+)

If they already HAVE a Pit Pay Account:

  • You’ll see their headshot, name and number pop up as a Pit Pay User
    • Tap “Continue”
    • Select Their “At Track Duty” (this can change this later at checkout)
    • Tap “Add Team Member” to add them to your Roster
    • You’ll see your New Team/Group Member on Your Adult Roster
    • If you wish to add additional team members, Tap “Add Team Member” and go through the steps again.

If they do NOT have a Pit Pay Account:

  • You’ll see the phone number drop down after you enter it
    • Tap on the Number
    • Select the Duty they’ll perform at the track from the dropdown menu
      • This saves a step at checkout but if their duty changes, this can be changed at checkout
    • IF you wish to add any additional team members, you can enter their Mobile Phone Numbers to invite them as well
    • Tap “Invite Users” at the bottom of the screen
    • You’ll see your Team Members in the List
    • They will receive a text message to with links download the app and you will see them in the list as a Phone Number with “Invited” to the right of their number

You will receive text messages when your team members have signed up for the app.

IMPORTANT: You will NOT be able to buy a Pass for Your Team or Group Member until they have created their OWN Pit Pay App Account.

Insurance requires each adult to have their own verified Pit Pay App account in order to sign any required agreements.
