You can also tap on an event in your Active to view the Transaction Details and Email yourself a new copy of your Receipt, or tap on View Passes to be taken to your passes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Transaction History<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>You can see all of your transaction history here. If you don\u2019t see it there, make sure you have entered your email address correctly by going to \u201cMy Profile\u201d in the app menu and tapping on \u201cEdit Profile\u201d to verify your email address.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>You can also resend the receipt to yourself or anyone else by tapping on an event in your Transaction History to view the Transaction Details and Email yourself a new copy of your Receipt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>My Payment Failed<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>A declined credit card transaction means that something went wrong while your purchase was being processed and that the purchase couldn\u2019t be completed. Your bank and\/or card issuer have many protections in place that can prevent purchases from going through to protect you from fraud.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Top 3 Reasons Why Your Payment May Have Failed:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Flagged as potentially Fraudulent<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Expired Card \/ Invalid CVC<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Insufficient Funds<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><em>Make Sure Your Card Information is Correct<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>If your payment fails, start by double-checking your payment method in your profile to ensure that you entered the right information, including:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Your credit card number<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Billing zip code<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Expiration date<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Security code<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><em>Flagged as Fraudulent<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>In many cases, declined transactions are for your own protection. Credit cards are often flagged automatically when used in a way that suggests the charges might be fraudulent.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>For example, making a small purchase and then following it up with a large one can be flagged as suspicious by your card company.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Once a card is flagged, it\u2019ll generally be declined indefinitely in order to prevent unauthorized purchases, though fixing the issue is typically as simple as contacting your issuer to confirm that whatever behavior caused your card to be flagged was your own action.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong><em>Contact Your Bank or Credit Card Company<\/em><\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>On the back of your credit card, you\u2019ll find the customer service number. Call and ask the representative why the charge is being declined.
