Editing Profile
From the Pit Pay App Menu:
- Tap Your Name / Initials in the the Bar at the Top of the Menu
- Tap the “Pencil Icon” in the upper right of your profile screen.
- You Can edit your Suffix, Address, Email, Phone Number, Change your Password, or Re-Scan your ID.
- Tap “Update Account Details” to Save your Changes.
You CANNOT edit:
- Your First, Middle or Last Name
- Headshot / Photo
If you’ve got a new ID and your name has changed, you can Re-scan your ID.
If your information isn’t displaying correctly from your scanned ID, please submit a Support Request to the Pit Pay Team.
