If your event is postponed by just a few days, your pass will still allow entry into the event, without you needing to do anything.

If your event was cancelled or postponed beyond a week, check the FAQs for the track or series in the app as the procedures may be covered there.
Next, look for communication from the event promoter within a couple days of the event status change informing you of their plan. You can also reach out to the event promoter directly if you haven’t heard anything within a few days.
