Editing Profile

From the Pit Pay App Menu:

  • Go to “MY PROFILE” in the Pit Pay App menu
  • Tap “EDIT PROFILE”
  • You’ll see where you can edit your Address, Email, Phone Number, Change your Password, or Re-Scan your ID

You CANNOT edit:

  • Your Name
  • Headshot / Photo
  • Date of Birth
  • ID Expiration date

If you’ve got a new ID and your name has changed or your expiration date has changed, you can Re-scan your ID.

If your information isn’t displaying correctly from your scanned ID, please submit a Support Request to the Pit Pay Team.
